The Patrimony collection is a great classic in the Vacheron Constantin catalogue. Models renowned for their simple and timeless elegance. And in 2024, this collection celebrates its 20th anniversary! To mark the occasion, the Geneva-based house is revisiting one of its favourite complications: the retrograde date, already widely seen at Watches & Wonders 2023. Here, the arc-shaped date display occupies the upper part of the dial, while the moon phase is positioned at 6 o’clock. And this new reference once again lives up to its reputation, as its dial is an example of balance and refinement.

Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Tourbillon Chronograph

Let’s finish on a high note with the Traditionnelle Tourbillon Chronograph. A little watchmaking marvel, for which Vacheron Constantin had fun blurring the lines. On the one hand, the oversized tourbillon is placed at 12 o’clock, instead of being at 6 o’clock as usual. In addition, the chronograph is of the “mono-pusher” type, instead of having the traditional pair of pushers. And finally, the movement itself inaugurates a friction engagement system, more fluid than the usual system.
