Different shades of blue, a panda dial and a supermoon as a leitmotif. With the Bioceramic MoonSwatch Mission to the Super Blue Moonphase, Swatch introduces a new aesthetic.

Although only two years have passed since the launch of the first MoonSwatch collection, Swatch has already presented different versions of this model: eleven from the Mission to Moonshine Gold series, two monochrome Mission to Moonphase editions and three models from the Mission on Earth line. This version of the MoonSwatch combines the most interesting features of several previous editions, as it is based on the Mission to the Moonphase model, nicknamed the “Snoopy MoonSwatch” because its appearance is very similar to the Speedmaster “Silver Snoopy Award” 50th Anniversary model, which was released in 2020. In turn, the case color of the new MoonSwatch is similar to the shade of the Mission to Neptune case.

The Super Blue Moonphase features an opaline silver panda dial with contrasting blue elements, including a wide, navy blue ring with a minute scale and light blue hour markers, two navy blue counters at 6 and 10 o’clock, and a dual moon phase display at 2 o’clock.

In addition, the indexes, hour and minute hands, and the stopwatch second hand are covered with luminous material, which is why they glow strongly in the dark. The blue moon also appears on the caseback, which looks similar to previous editions, with an embossed slogan (in this case: “Mission to the Moon”).

Availability and price

The MoonSwatch Mission to the Super Blue Moonphase costs PLN 1,600 and will be available in selected Swatch boutiques from August 1 to 19, 2024. Sales on these days will always start at 5 p.m.
