Introduction

If you are a Formula One fan and a fan of seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, the recent victory in his home Grand Prix has brought the seven-time world champion back into the spotlight. After a long drought that has lasted since the final stages of the 2021 championship, Hamilton returned to victory in the British Grand Prix, capping off a perfect and interesting weekend for what it means.

Battersea Power Station

Located in the splendid Battersea Power Station, a historic coal-fired power station in London converted into a very modern and glamorous district of London, the IWC Replica boutique opened in 2022. The film will star Brad Pitt as a former driver who returns to Formula driving alongside Damson Idris in the fictional APX GP team.

The production carries out the filming between sessions, simulating the activities of the team officially sponsored by IWC, whose watches will be on the wrists of the team members.

Brad Pitt also wears an IWC. He chose a particular model judging by the one he was photographed with upon arrival at the Budapest circuit this weekend. It is a 1976 Ingenieur JUMBO SL 1832 with a customized green dial. Who knows, maybe IWC is planning to release a new version of its current Ingenieur.
